From our laboratory in Lyndhurst, New Jersey, we support practices across the region with crown and bridge, implant restorations, removable prosthetics and complete digital workflow support.

But laboratory work is only part of the relationship. Our representatives work directly with dental practices throughout the region, our technicians are available for case conversations, and our team supports practices as their clinical and digital needs evolve.

What is Practice Forward?
Practice Forward by PRODIRECT Dental Lab is an initiative for dentists opening, acquiring or expanding a dental practice. It brings together laboratory and digital workflow support, educational programming and access to relevant industry resources surrounding practice ownership.
Is Practice Forward only for dentists opening their first practice?
No. It is equally relevant to dentists acquiring an existing office, preparing for ownership, relocating, expanding or adding another location.
Do I need to be a PRODIRECT customer to participate?
No. Practice Forward programming and resources are open to dentists who are not PRODIRECT clients. They exist to be useful before vendor decisions are made.
What can PRODIRECT help with when I open a practice?
Laboratory onboarding, digital workflow setup, scanner submission procedures, direct technician access, case submission guidance and staff training, scheduled around your build-out rather than after opening.
I'm buying a practice that already uses another laboratory. Can I still speak with PRODIRECT?
Yes, and this is one of the most common conversations we have. We will review the case mix and laboratory workflows you're inheriting alongside how we would approach them, so you can decide what to keep and what to change. There is no commitment involved.
When should I contact Practice Forward?
You don't have to wait for a signed lease or an opening date. The program is designed to be useful from early exploration through acquisition, build-out and opening.
Does PRODIRECT provide financing?
No. PRODIRECT Dental Laboratory is not a lender and does not provide financing or financing advice.
Do I have to obtain financing to participate?
No. Financing and PRODIRECT laboratory services are entirely independent of one another.
Does speaking with Bank of America require me to use PRODIRECT?
No. A dentist may explore financing independently of PRODIRECT, and may work with PRODIRECT without obtaining financing through Bank of America.
