Preparation Tips
1. Finish and polish all tooth surfaces to avoid plastic retention.
2. Eliminate sharp edges, overhangs, and interproximal ledges for smooth fit.
3. Reduce excessive undercuts if needed to allow easy placement.
4. Ensure proper occlusion; no premature contacts on the retainer.
5. Dry teeth thoroughly before fabrication to ensure accuracy.
